Agenda

One of the most important parts of Shifter Summit is the community building and networking that will be happening throughout the week. We encourage everyone to get out and explore all that Nashville has to offer, but for those who just want to network with the groups, we also wanted to have some pre-planned meetups and events happening throughout the week to make it easy for everyone!

PLEASE NOTE: Meetup locations are just good centralized locations to meetup, but transportation, dinner & drinks are not included unless otherwise noted. Breakfast is not included (there will be free breakfast for hotel guests at The Element Hotel) and there will be catered lunch at the summit.

NEED TRANSPORTATION FROM NASHVILLE AIRPORT (BNA)?
Airport shuttle is NOT provided, but we recommend ride-share apps for transportation throughout the week. If you are planning to rent a car, parking in downtown Nashville is $35+ per day and typically Valet only.

HOTELS
There are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options throughout the area. Our choice hotel, and where at least half of the attendees will be staying is The Element Hotel, located just 1.5 miles from Clementine Hall and Downtown Nashville. Breakfast is included at The Element Hotel. We have also secured a 15% discount. Click here .

  • Nashville is a big tourist destination, so there is an abundance of museums, shopping, and the normal tourist traps. Nashville is also known as “Music City” so there are an unlimited amount of places to watch live music. We would recommend a simple Google search to see what all is available based on your interests.

  • If you are attending a workshop, please ask your worshop host if you will need any special equipment. Otherwise, you don’t need to bring anything with you. If you would like to attend a photo walk, bring whatever you feel comfortable carrying around for a few hours.

  • If there is still availability at a workshop, just let us know and we can get you added. There are currently spots open for Kendall McCaugherty and Simon Devitt workshops!

  • A catered lunch is included at no additional cost on the Wednesday and Thursday event. For those staying at the Element Hotel, breakfast is included at the hotel.

  • We recommend ride-sharing services throughout the week, including to and from the airport. We will, however, provide a shuttle between The Element Hotel and Clementine Hall on Wednesday and Thursday. The Element Hotel also offers a shuttle service to downtown Nashville.

  • We do not have an app, but we are using What’s App for communications. See link above under “Important Links”.
